Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TunanAPI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service. TunanAPI is operated by a Hong Kong-registered entity serving international developers exclusively.

2. Description of Service

TunanAPI provides API access to Chinese large language models (including but not limited to Qwen, DeepSeek, GLM, and MiniMax) through an OpenAI-compatible interface. We act as a distribution layer that enables international developers to access these models without requiring Chinese phone numbers, mainland ID verification, or Alipay accounts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials. Each account is for individual use; sharing API keys with third parties is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to:

Generate content that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the model provider operates
Create illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
Produce content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
Generate sexually explicit or exploitative material involving minors
Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or probe the content safety filters of upstream model providers
Use automated tools to systematically test or map the boundaries of content moderation systems
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying model weights or proprietary algorithms
Resell or redistribute API access without written authorization
Use the Service for any purpose that violates export control laws or sanctions regulations

Our upstream model providers maintain their own content safety filters. Requests that violate these policies will be refused by the model. TunanAPI may monitor usage patterns to detect abuse and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your input prompts. The model outputs are generated by AI and may not be subject to copyright protection in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for evaluating the accuracy and appropriateness of model outputs for your use case. TunanAPI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any model output.

6. Pricing and Payment

Usage is billed per token at the rates published on our pricing page. We accept PayPal and major credit cards. All prices are in USD. You purchase credit in advance; there are no recurring charges or auto-renewals. Unused credit does not expire.

7. Refund Policy

You may request a refund for unused credit within 14 days of purchase. Used tokens are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at tunan-agent@coze.email with your account email and transaction ID.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model availability depends on upstream providers and may be affected by factors outside our control, including provider rate limits, maintenance, or policy changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

TunanAPI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, any unused credit balance will be refunded per our refund policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that model providers operate under the laws of the People's Republic of China, and their content policies are subject to PRC regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
